Ballerina Girls {The BFF Session}

Inspiration is a funny thing, you never know when it will strike…   One evening in early March I walked into Trista’s living room to find Belle & Eva spinning each other around, with the biggest smiles on their faces.  I thought to myself  “hmmm, if both of the girls were wearing tutus, and we were in a large field somewhere at sunset, that would make a beautiful photograph”.  The problem was it was early March, we had a very wet winter for San Diego standards, and it was cold.  So I had to be patient and wait for Mother Nature to cooperate.  My patience was definitely rewarded on Tuesday evening as the light was perfect, the air was warm, the flowers were in full bloom, and watching these two girls together warmed my soul.  And the best part, I found a beautiful new location for sessions, and it’s in my own back yard not more than 5 minutes from my home.  Bonus!!

Enjoy,

Tessa

My partner and I really enjoyed reading this blog post, I was just itching to know do you trade featured posts? I am always trying to find someone to make trades with and merely thought I would ask.

I’ve done trades with other artists (clothing designers / hair accessory designers) where they send me their products and I send them images (then we also give one another shout outs on our blogs), but I’m not sure what you mean by “trade featured posts”? Let me know what you’re thinking :) You can contact me at: tessa@grinandshareitphoto.com

Possibly one of the cutest ideas ever! So cute and what a nice way to remember a childhood friendship!
