Summertime Fun Photo Contest {Win a 20 minute Mini Session}

I am SO excited that summer vacation is finally here, and want to celebrate with all of you!  Summer is my one of my favorite times of the year to take photos because there are SO many opportunities to do so…  trips to the beach, the pool, Padres Games, bbqs, the SD Fair, strawberry picking, the list goes on & on.   So while I was editing photos yesterday that I recently took at the beach it hit me, I should do a contest, Grin & Share It’s very FIRST contest, and the winner will get a FREE 20 minute mini session!   Then I was talking to my hubby about it and decided that I really wanted the contest to have a theme, and since summer was already on my mind, it was a no brainer, I could to do a Summertime themed photo contest.  Can you tell I’m excited?!  My first contest, and we get to celebrate all things summer, YAY!  So break out those cameras and grab some adorable, silly, fun summer themed photos of your kiddos.  The rules are below, and also one of my favorite summer photos, of one of my favorite subjects, to help get those creative juices flowing

TO ENTER:

Please send one (1) photo of your kid/kids together that best represents Summertime Fun to:  tessa@grinandshareitphoto.com  All photos MUST be received by THIS Friday, June 17th at 5:00pm PST.  NO professional photos will be accepted, unless you are a professional photographer and own the rights to the image!

TO VOTE:

I will upload all of the entries to an album on Facebook entitled, “Summertime Fun Photo Contest”.  Voting will  go thru the first day of  summer, June 21st 2011 at 2:00pm PST.  In order to vote, voters must like Grin & Share It Photography on FB, then leave a comment under their favorite photo. Only one vote per person please!  Also, “likes” will not count, only comments.  In the event of a tie, I will choose a winner based on creativity and in keeping with the summer theme of the contest.

THE WINNER:

The winner will be announced here on my BLOG, Tuesday evening, June 21st once all of the votes (comments) have been counted.  The winner must take advantage of their prize (a 20 minute Mini Session) by the end of the year, December 31st, 2011.   And yes, your 20 minute session can be used for one of my Seaside or park Sofa Session Minis, upon availability
